All orders require prepayment in full, with the exception being guitars. Guitar orders require a
%50 deposit, with the balance being charged upon completion.
An estimate is just exactly
what it says; an estimate! An educated guess. If we at D'Innocenzo Guitars tells the customer it will be 4-6 weeks,
that means we believe under the present circumstances of work load, availability of materials, and the usual time it
takes to make something based on previous exprience, that that is how long it will take to complete an order and
ship it. This should seem obvious but, I'll lay it out in detail so everyone can understand: things sometimes go wrong that
throw off an estimated delivery time. Such as: scraping out a part, (having to start over), suppliers being back ordered on
materials, health issues etc. D'Innocenzo Guitars is a one man operation! I (Dino) personally make everything, paint
everything (except graphics), assemble everything. If I go down, everything stops! If I get the flu, I'm out until it's run
it's course. If I break an arm, I do what I can in that limited capacity. The other well known competition have work
crews. If Paul so and so is out, the shop keeps on running. In the event we can't deliver within the prescribed time,
we almost always try to make it up to the customer: free 2 day shipping, discounts on futrue orders etc. So please understand
it is just as frustrating for me when I can't meet a deadline as it is for the customer. I want customers to be happy with
the service as well as the product, but I'm human, not a machine. Also I will not rush anything out the door in less than
perfect condition just to get it out on time! If it is late, you can be sure it will still be as good as we can make it! Read customer comments.
We accept: personal, and
cashiers check, USPS money orders, and cash for in person transactions.prot Due to a few unscrupulous customer's abusing
Paypal's "buyer protection policy" we no longer accept Paypal! If an order requires more than
45 days to complete, don't expect it to ship by the 45th day to make it under Paypals 45 day complaint policy deadline just
because the buyer protection will expire. Paypal in it's typical short sited business model, does not factor in "custom
made products" of any nature. If you order a complete custom guitar from D'Innocenzo Guitars it will never and
cannot be completed in 45 days! No custom builder can deliver a one off custom guitar in 45 days if the guitar is to have
a solid finish (read paint). An oil finished guitar is possible, but still not likely in a one man shop such as ours. I have
dumped Paypal many times over the years and gone back to it due to the needs of international customers mostly and this time,
I'm finished with them for good! I know of no one customer or business that actually likes Paypal and the only reason it survives
to this day is because most see it as a necessary evil. We will soon be accepting credit cards direct, but that too has
now become a nightmare do the the state of the banking industry. Most Visa, MasterCard, and Discover issuers will allow a
chargeback for at least up to a year. This is clearly the best, safest way to go for businesses and customers alike!

of the respective shipping company.
